BloomAI Workshop Participant Terms of Use

Thank you for choosing to participate in BloomAI workshops. These terms of use (“Terms”) outline the conditions that apply to your registration and participation in any of our workshops. By registering for a BloomAI workshop, you agree to adhere to these Terms.
1. Registration and Payment:
1.1. Participants are required to complete the registration form and pay the appropriate registration fee to secure their spot in a BloomAI workshop.
2. Cancellation and Refunds:
2.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email address] with the subject line “Workshop Cancellation.”
2.2. Cancellations requested:
More than 2 weeks before the event: Participants are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule for the next available workshop.
Between 1-2 weeks before the event: Participants are eligible for a 75% refund or the option to reschedule for the next available workshop if places are available.
Within 1 week of the event: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule for the next available workshop if places are available.
Within 48 hours of the event: No refunds are provided, and participants can reschedule for the next available workshop if places are available.
2.3. BloomAI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled workshop.
3. Participant Conduct:
3.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the workshop. BloomAI reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
4. Workshop Materials:
4.1. Workshop materials and content are provided to participants for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent from BloomAI.
5. Privacy and Data:
5.1. By participating in a BloomAI workshop, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Workshop Details:
6.1. BloomAI reserves the right to modify workshop dates, times, locations, and content. In the event of changes, participants will be notified in advance.
7. Intellectual Property:
7.1. All intellectual property rights related to workshop content and materials are the sole property of BloomAI and may not be used or shared without written consent.
8. Assumption of Risk:
8.1. Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. BloomAI is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or harm incurred during the workshop.
